About Our Pastor

Upon serving faithfully as Campus Pastor at his previous church, Pastor Ben and his family were offered an opportunity to move to Kansas City, MO and step into the role of Senior Pastor at a thriving church. However, as a native of St Louis, MO, Pastor Ben and Vernisha both knew, after committing some time to prayer, that they had an assignment to the city of St. Louis. It was shortly after that opportunity was presented that Pastor Ben felt prompted by the Lord to start Freedom City Church STL. November 2022 Pastor Ben and Vernisha started hosting interest meetings and within a short time the ministry has begun to gain spiritual momentum. It is Pastor Ben's passion to help individuals and family's come into the knowledge of Christ's love and to disciple Gods people with the vision of Freedom City which is to: Encounter God | Experience Freedom and Expand Kingdom. Pastor Ben is married to Vernisha and they have two beautiful children.
